Do you have ambitious goals and desire serious outcomes? Need to change or intensify your workouts? This program will amp up your current workout routine to feel and see results faster. Commit by scheduling two 35-minute training sessions each week for 8 weeks.

  • One (1) bonus workout.

  • Nutrition recommendations. 

  • Fitness home practice recommendations

  • Measurements and weight taken weekly.

  • Customized workout plan to compliment lifestyle.

  • Accountability check-ins: workout progression and answering questions during the week (text/email).
