Service Description

Qigong (pronounced Chee-gung) is meditation with movement. Rhythmic movements are gentle and can be performed standing or seated making it adaptable for all ages and fitness levels. Breathing is an important element in Qigong; long, soft, deep breathing reduces stress. Qigong is a peaceful approach to increasing energy (chi, also known as life force) while improving balance and flexibility. This antient healing practice began in China and has been practiced over 4,000 years. No props are necessary, dress comfortably to move freely. *Class is held online via Zoom. Booking at least two (2) hours prior to the class start is required.
